November 2024 Billing Notice

The front page of your bill showing the balance due is correct. However, the "Usage and Bill Details" section was missing, which may have caused discrepancies in the total current charges. Veolia is reissuing bills that include all charges with the correct rates.

New Rates Effective November 1, 2024

On October 10, 2024, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approved an increase in service rates for Veolia Water Pennsylvania, Inc. customers, effective November 1, 2024. Bill increases will vary based on the type and quantity of service provided. For example, a residential customer in Bethel using 3,500 gallons per month will see their bill increase from $22.92 to $30.43, an increase of $7.50 per month.

Payments and Reissued Bills
